Return Policy. All puppets are guaranteed. If any item is defective it will be replaced. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. Please do not return items without our authorization! YOU MUST CALL AND GET AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR YOUR PACKAGE MAY BE REFUSED. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH 2 WEEKS OF AUTHORIZATION. Except for defective items all returns are subject to a 20% restock charge. No restock charge will apply if you reorder items of the same or greater value. This is the only way we can continue to offer such deep discounts. Shipping charges will not reimbursed. Items must be returned in original packaging (if any) and ALL original tags intact. A note on all APO type addresses: If there is a delay in getting your package to you by the US Mail system, we can not reship until the package has been returned to us. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days)-This does not mean you will be guaranteed to receive your package in 2-3 days. This means that when your package is shipped it normally takes 2-3 days to deliver. Sometimes we are temporarily out of an item and it may take 1-4 business days to ship your order out. Depending on where you live it can take up to 7-10 business days for you to receive your package, but MOST packages arrive much sooner.
UPS 2, 3 day and Overnight - We will attempt to call you if we cannot ship your package the next business day. Please be sure to leave us a DAYTIME phone number where we can reach you in case there may be a delay.
